NATURAL DISASTER &
EMERGENCY RELIEF

Almost every year Pakistan rural and urban areas got affected by flood and needed emergency relief. Being a developing country, the rural and urban slums are living below poverty line which are directly affected by the natural disasters. It has been noticed that every year numerous people are affected by the natural disasters in Pakistan which are cyclones, earth quakes, heavy rains, flood etc. Pakistan experiences a monsoon season every year, but more than six weeks of torrential rains and flash flooding has had catastrophic effects across the country, especially in Baluchistan, South Punjab, Sindh and Hyderabad. In such emergency situations, the families need immediate rescue & shelter, clean drinking water and food supplies, clothing and basic needs to help them survive. These conditions bring many diseases and health issues like diarrhea, malaria, skin diseases, stomach problems etc. to the flood victims so they need immediate medical support as well.
